We make it simple with LOW Flat-Rate and FREE Shipping.
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (sometimes same-day). Shipping during peak seasons, sales, or restocks may take a bit longer.

Once Your Order is submitted, changes & cancellations cannot be made. 

Please Double Check Your Address!

A handful of customers have entered incorrect addresses, resulting in lost packages. We cannot cover replacement orders or refunds for errors made by the customer.

  • If your order is not received due to an incorrect address—you will need to reorder.

  • If your package is returned to us—you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send it.

Important:

  • We do not offer refunds on melted or frozen products. See our [FAQ] for guidance on restoring products affected by weather/temperature during shipping.

  • We do not offer refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please see our [FAQ] for guidance on next steps if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

  • Orders under $45: $5.95

  • Orders $45 and up: FREE!

Alaska/Hawaii:

We are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, however, we have kept our rates as simple and affordable as possible:

  • Orders under $45.00: $7.95

  • Orders $45.00 and up: $8.95
