Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order is submitted, it is considered final. We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
Refunds & Returns
BODY & SKINCARE
For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 10 days of request.

We do not offer refunds for melted or frozen products.

We do not offer refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please see our [FAQ] for guidance on next steps if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

APPAREL & GIFTS
Exchanges and refunds are available for most items that are not body & skincare related. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or refund for the product purchase price.
Items must be unworn/unwashed with tags still attached—or other unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
