Can we just talk about the truth of things for a minute? In today's (literally) toxic, fast-paced world, the pursuit of natural health and a clean, holistic lifestyle has become increasingly vital. As individuals & families seek to re-claim control over their well-being, there's been this re-surging interest in slower, simpler living, natural products & remedies, whole food nutrition, and the rejection of mainstream influence.

By returning to our roots and embracing the more—shall we say, “old-fashioned” ways from those who came before us (while of course still enjoying today's modern conveniences)... and rejecting Big Brother's massive hold—we can cultivate & enjoy a healthier, more peaceful, & fulfilling every-day life.

In recent years, there's been a growing awareness of the interconnectedness between personal health, respecting this earth we live on, and the well-being of our communities as a whole... This holistic (ie: all the elements) yearning recognizes the importance of addressing not only physical ailments but also emotional, societal, and spiritual struggles.

At the same time—there's been a shift towards more sustainable (maintained long term) living practices, with an emphasis on self-sufficiency &, simplicity.

With this return to the ways of yester-year big industry's influence—characterized by unwholesome, control, and profit-driven agendas—has come under scrutiny.

So in response, people are increasingly turning back to God, and the lifestyles of our ancestors in natural health practices, for more of a homestead-ish lifestyle. If you weren’t aware, you can “homestead”  in rural AND urban settings. It doesn't matter if you're on 5 acres, or the 5th floor.

I (Jennifer) am personally working to make the years of content & classes I used to share, available again—so you can learn & implement in any setting.

With that, seeking out products that promote Faith, Family, Freedom—and FARMa—just one means of reclaiming our autonomy and separating from "the system"—has become a huge priority.

This approach emphasizes the connection between all aspects of health & wellbeing—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—and focuses on addressing imbalances at their root cause rather than merely treating symptoms. This includes clean nutrition & products, natural remedies & therapies, stress reduction, aligning with the rhythm of the earth/seasons, wholesome activities, adequate sleep, and community & purpose.

It's simply a lifestyle choice that prioritizes a closer connection to God, ourselves, our beautiful earth, & each other. It involves reducing reliance on external systems by growing and raising our own food, living more simply (less "stuff" & less "stuff to do"), and learning how to take care of ourselves and our families... It's cultivating a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

With that, let's talk about rejecting Big Pharma and embracing Non-Toxic Body Care products:

Their dominance over the healthcare industry has led to the overuse of prescription drugs & medical treatments, and the suppression (dare I say annihilation) of natural solutions. In contrast, non-toxic health & personal care products offer a safer, more sustainable alternative—free from harmful chemicals, and yes, poisonous ingredients.

Probably stating the obvious—common non-toxic personal care products include fluoride-free toothpaste, aluminum-free deodorant, organic lip balm, and chemical free skincare products.

NOTE: Yes, I know all substances contain chemicals, but I’m referring to toxic/man-made chemicals.

The Benefits of Non-Toxic Body Care:

Using items that are free from toxins provides SO MANY benefits for both personal health and environmental sustainability.

By avoiding toxic, synthetic ingredients, you're at a super-reduced risk of not only skin irritation and allergic (rejection) reactions—but also long-term health problems such as hormone disruption, neurological damage, and carcinogenicity (ie: cancer).

And to help that happen, we promote returning to our roots, standing for truth, and aligning our values with the values of like minded conscious consumers.

This offers us all a pathway to greater health, happiness, and hope for our future. We can reclaim freedom & agency over our own lives and foster a deeper connection to ourselves, our personal environment, our communities, and God.

The growing evils of today are drowning us in confusion & chaos. But as we continue to navigate the ever-so-growing complexities of modern life—we can simplify our own, by remembering that true happiness & wellness begins with the choice to nurture ourselves, our families, and our communities, the way God intended.

The health of our children is under siege, with chronic illnesses and health issues on the rise faster than ever before. A lot of factors contribute to this freakishly alarming trend, but at the heart of it all lies the influence of the Industrial Revolution.

It has led to the deterioration of not only your health & wellbeing, but your children's health & wellbeing. And it’s imperative that we reject them as much as possible by choosing wholesome products & lifestyles. This is crucial for leaving a legacy of true health & freedom for our babies.

The “Great & The Terrible” Rise of Industrialization:

The industrial revolution brought unprecedented changes & paved the road for agriculture, pharma, and education's intimate little dance… Large-scale operations prioritized control & profitability over sustainability—leading to the widespread use of toxic chemicals, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and agenda-driven indoctrination. As a result, our world has become toxic—contributing to the mess we’re in now.

From ADHD medications, to childhood vaccines, to chemical laden foods & personal care products—shopping has become synonymous with chronic illness and adverse health outcomes. Our children are being bombarded with toxins from an early age, leading to immune system dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, and neurological damage.

Big Education is a Player Too:

Yes, that means public (ie: government) education. If you send your kids to public school, please just hear me out. Like big pharma and big ag—big education plays a shuge role in shaping all of us—but especially now, our children… Through government standardized curricula and corrupt corporate partnerships, our educational institutions have become breeding grounds for the promotion of all things unholy. Children are taught to prioritize convenience and conformity over critical thinking and self-sufficiency, perpetuating a cycle of dependency on harmful products and practices.

Do you really want that for your child?

Yes, I am an advocate for home education. We homeschooled all 4 of our children at one point or another for a total of 9 ½ years, and public school doesn’t hold a candle to what we experienced as homeschoolers. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Enrollment in homeschooling is now growing faster than public schooling! But I know not everyone is able to, or even (at least yet) on board with it.

So what to do?

Well, you can start by making changes in your own home, and then you teach your children what you’re doing AND WHY.

You can decide whether to take it a step at a time—slowly making changes to a cleaner, healthier life—OR say, “I’ve had enough,” and dive into full force transformation; getting rid of all things toxic (products & influences both), never to look back.

Either way, maybe take some time to ponder (and even write down) why ditching toxic & welcoming clean, would be a blessing for you & your family.
