Once your order is submitted, it’s considered final—we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Thanks so much for understanding & double-checking everything before you place your order!

Due to the nature of our productsand for hygiene and sanitation reasons—we can’t restock or resell returned items, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we do guarantee your satisfaction.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to find a solution or, if appropriate, issue a refund.

  • We do not offer refunds for melted, frozen, lost, damaged, or stolen products or packages.

Delivery Times & Processing

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Occasionally, processing may take a bit longer during restocks, sales, or busy seasons—but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

If your product arrives damaged (like broken jars), or doesn’t arrive at all for reasons other than an incorrect address, please reach out via our Contact Us page—we’ll happily file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Prior to 2020, we shipped internationally and hope to do so again in the future. However, due to various reasons, we currently only ship within the United States.

PRODUCTS & PACKAGING

In very warm temperatures (whether outside or inside), your product may melt, separate, & even deflate—because we don’t use synthetic binders or emulsifiers. It might look a little less pretty, but don’t worry—it won’t affect the quality or performance one bit.

If your item comes in one of our spill-proof glass jars, try giving it a good shake before opening, to help mix the ingredients—then, pop it in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to thicken. After that, you can stir or whip it back up, and it’s ready to use.

In cold weather & cool room conditions, your product may thicken or freeze and become a bit hard or crumbly.

If this happens, simply leave it out at warm room temperature for a few minutes—until it softens. Alternatively, put your jar on a slightly warm surface like a heating pad, or in front of a warm air vent until it softens. If it accidentally melts/separates when doing so, please refer to the FAQ instructions for melting & separating.

In 2020, we transitioned most of our products to glass jars.

Glass is healthier, and it can be refilled, repurposed, and reused. While our lip balm is still in plastic tubes, we hope to make the switch other eco-friendly options in the future.

We apologize, but we don't have a set timeline for when these changes will take place—it could be a few months or a few years. However, we’ll keep our subscribers and followers updated as we make progress!

Suppliers change from time to time, but we do our best to use plastic (if & when we do use it) that is cosmetic & food-grade, BPA-free, recycled, and made in America.

The shelf life of our natural body care products typically ranges from 6 months to 1 year, depending on storage conditions and temperature.

Many of our ingredients are naturally self-preserving, but they generally won’t last as long as conventional products from big-box stores. That’s actually a good thing because it means you’re getting real, natural ingredients.

For optimal storage & ease of use, keep your products between 68-74°F, and store them in a dark place away from sunlight to help extend their shelf life.

Because our products are not water-based, we don’t use conventional, lab-made preservatives.

That’s why it’s important to keep water out of your jars.

If a little water gets into one of our powdered products, just leave the lid off and let it dry out completely. Easy fix.

However, if water gets into one of our oil-based products, it’s harder for the water to evaporate. In that case, scoop out the area where the water was sitting as best you can, and keep an eye on it. If you notice any fuzzy or discolored spots, we recommend replacing the jar to be safe.

We’ve offered mini-size jars of some of our products in the past, but as a small family business, it just wasn’t cost-effective to continue.

If we happen to have some extra product from making a batch, we do occasionally put those into small sample pouches to share at our discretion, but having extra to do so is fairly rare.

If we decide to offer samples again in the future, we’ll be sure to share any updates by email and on social media!

INGREDIENTS & SAFETY

We purchase our ingredients, packaging, and supplies from U.S.-based companies whenever possible. And we proudly formulate, hand-make, and assemble all of our products from start to finish, right here in Texas, USA. Go America! 🇺🇸

While our finished products are not "certified" organic, many of our ingredients are organic. We also work very hard to source non-GMO ingredients as well.

We do purchase from a variety of certified organic, non-GMO, sustainable, and humane suppliers—locally and from around the world. We also purchase from small, family-owned companies whenever possible.

NOTE: We have chosen not to do organic certification due to the high cost, and due to the fact that organic standards in the U.S. are not always up to par with our standards. Yes organic is better than conventional, & generally less toxic, but we prefer to ask questions of the companies themselves, instead of relying on a government sanctioned standard.

We do not use artificial or synthetic preservatives in our products.

Some of our ingredients—such as herbs and essential oils—provide natural preservation. However, oil & powder-based products like ours, do not require additional preservatives.

Due to the pure & natural philosophy we embrace, we are very selective & conscious of our suppliers & the ingredients we use.

We are pleased to inform our customers, that if & when we choose to make any water-based products that need to be additionally preserved, we plan to work with a company called Active Micro Technologies, that manufactures natural preservatives using plant ferments that are FREE of GMO's, synthetics, & toxic chemicals!

NO Ethoxylation, NO Irradiation, NO Sulphonation, NO Ethylene Oxide treatment, NO Hydrogenation, NO Preservatives, NO Additives, & NO Solvents.

Note: A statement was made a few years ago about a "study" conducted by a competitor of Active Micro Technologies that aimed to damage their reputation. When we inquired, AMT responded to the claims & communicated with us directly. Due to their response, we are confident that the competitor claims were 100% false. If you would like access to that information, please reach out to www.activemicrotechnologies.com & they will be happy to provide you with more information.

Our products are generally considered safe for most people, including children, and pregnant or nursing women.

However, if you are pregnant, nursing, have sensitivities to any of our ingredients, or have any medical conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before purchasing

For Pets:

Products containing xylitol—like our ToothPaste and ToothPowder—are NOT safe for some animals, particularly dogs. They can’t process xylitol the same way humans can, and it can rapidly lower their blood sugar levels. Please keep these items away from your petsand young children who might accidentally open them around your pets!

If we ever make pet products in the future, they will NOT contain xylitol.

Note:

Ingredients are always listed on our website and product labels. Please check each time you order, as we regularly update and improve our formulations, which may result in small ingredient changes. Every now and then, we may include an insert in your order with an update if they haven't yet been made online, but we do try hard make sure everything is updated in real time. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!

The FDA prohibits companies from claiming our products can cure or heal any health conditions unless they are classified as drugs.

Since we’re not currently pursuing the process of drug classification for any of our products or ingredients, we instead promote them as products that support health and healing. (For example—"Our oral care products support remineralization.")

The statements regarding our products and services have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

The efficacy of our products and services has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
